This Truffle Salsa is a delicious chopped blend of 67% button mushrooms, 8% summer truffles with olive oil, sunflower oil & salt. It is similar to a tapenade in texture, and can be used as a sauce (for your pasta, eggs, risottos, etc.) or an ingredient for pizzas, creams, bechamel sauce, marinades and the like. It is ready to use – simply add to your concoctions!
