Argentine Red Shrimp Peeled & Deveined Tail-Off (Pleoticus Muelleri) are plump and have a wonderful lobster-like flavor that many compare to the hard to find Gulf Rock shrimp. The meat, when cooked, is bright white with a red outline. This product is chemical free and has no water-weight added to the meat.
