These gourmet Oysters are farm-raised by the Swinomish Native American Tribe Community on Fidalgo Island in the northern end of Skagit Bay in Washington State. They are the best quality available at this time of year due to being triploids (they don’t spawn during the warmer weather).  Swinomish are hand-tumbled oysters that have a deep cup and smooth shell. The flavor profile is a mild salinity for the oyster’s liquor and sweet and buttery for the meat. These are one of the best oysters for the summer months (supplies are limited)
