Goose Point shucked oyster meats are processed in the opening and packing rooms of our state-of-the-art HACCP facility, often using their “Fresher under Pressure” high-pressure process. Goose Point oysters are noted for their mild flavor. Shucked oyster meat has a 100% yield and is perfect for both raw and cooked presentations. 1 Quart tubs (chilled).
