Our all-natural, once frozen Snow Crab (also known as Queen Crab) meat is produced from crabs harvested from the frigid waters of Eastern Canada. The crab meat is 30% leg meat and 70% body meat blend. It’s fully cooked and ready to be thawed and served in salads, or used in your favorite crab cake recipe. The meat features a brilliant red and white color, is rich and sweet in flavor, and has firm-flaky texture.
